We take pride in the quality and care of every item we ship. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

We offer returns on eligible in-stock dresses and veils purchased online and shipped, under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery 
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition 
• All original tags must be attached 
• Items must be returned in original packaging 

The following return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund:

• $35 – Wedding Dresses 
• $15 – Bridesmaid Dresses & Veils 

These fees cover handling, inspection, and restocking.

• Items not returned in original condition may be: 
  • Refused and returned to sender, or 
  • Subject to a $50–$200 restocking fee

• Order number 
• Name on order 
• Item(s) being returned 

Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

All special order or made-to-order gowns are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes any item ordered from a designer specifically for you after purchase.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable 
• Return shipping fees (listed above) will be deducted 
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected 

If a return does not meet the above conditions, the item will be shipped back to you without a refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

1. Submit a return request (if eligible) 
2. Place a new order for the desired item 

All garments are sold standard size and may require alterations for a proper fit.

• Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer 
• Altered items are not eligible for return 

• This policy applies to shipped orders only 
• In-store purchases follow a separate final sale policy 
• We recommend trying on garments carefully to avoid damage or makeup transfer 
• We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery
